1. Order Cancellation (Products)

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
  • Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
  • If cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full or partial refund may be issued after deducting any processing charges.

2. Rental Equipment Cancellation

  • Rental bookings can be canceled before delivery.
  • If equipment has already been delivered, rental charges for the used period will apply.
  • Pickup or transportation charges may be deducted where applicable.

3. Service Cancellation

  • Home healthcare services or test bookings can be canceled before the scheduled time.
  • Cancellations made at the last minute or after the service team has been assigned may incur a cancellation fee.

4. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, customers must contact us with:

  • Order ID or booking details
  • Name and contact number
  • Reason for cancellation

5. Refund on Cancellations

  • Eligible refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
  • Refund processing time is usually 7–10 business days, depending on the payment method.

6. Company Rights

Hospital Supplies India reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Unforeseen circumstances
