• The product is unused and in original condition

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

• Customized or special-order items
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

• Product must be unused
• Original packaging, labels, and accessories must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required

4. Return Process

• Share photos or videos if the product is damaged or incorrect
• Our team will review and approve eligible returns
• Return pickup or drop-off instructions will be provided

5. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will arrange return shipping
• For other approved returns, shipping charges may be borne by the customer
