- Product not delivered due to our issue
- Service not provided as agreed
All refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

- Medical consumables and disposables (masks, gloves, syringes, diapers, etc.)
- Opened or used hygiene-related products
- Customized or special-order items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
3. Rental Equipment Refunds
- Rental fees already used are non-refundable
- Refunds for early returns are subject to review
- Any damage charges will be deducted from the refund amount
4. Refund Process
- Customers must contact us with order details and reason for refund
- Photos or proof may be required for damaged/incorrect items
- After verification, eligible refunds will be approved
5. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Refund time may vary depending on the payment method and bank processing time
6. Cancellation Before Delivery
- Orders canceled before dispatch may be eligible for a full or partial refund
- Any processing or delivery charges may be deducted
