1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Product not delivered due to our issue
  • Service not provided as agreed

All refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Opened or used hygiene-related products
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Rental Equipment Refunds

  • Rental fees already used are non-refundable
  • Refunds for early returns are subject to review
  • Any damage charges will be deducted from the refund amount

  • Customers must contact us with order details and reason for refund
  • Photos or proof may be required for damaged/incorrect items
  • After verification, eligible refunds will be approved

5. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refund time may vary depending on the payment method and bank processing time

6. Cancellation Before Delivery

  • Orders canceled before dispatch may be eligible for a full or partial refund
  • Any processing or delivery charges may be deducted
